| Health Information All children must have a physical and provide a record of their immunizations. (Immunization record must be kept up-to-date.) No child will be admitted to the center with a fever, vomiting, diarrhea or rash. If a child becomes ill during the day, the parent will be contacted to take the child home or to the doctor. We will administer prescription and over the counter medication to your child with your written instructions on our medical form. Exposure to communicable diseases (i.e. chickenpox, strep throat, etc.) will be posted for parents when they pick up their child. If a child has a fever over 101.5, he or she may not return until the fever is normal for 24 hours and all symptoms of illness have cleared. |
